FLAAA Sports Center

The FLAAA Sports Center in Forest Lake welcomed its first skaters Oct. 1, 2008, adding much-needed capacity in the North Metro. We have one year-round ice sheet, Lichtscheidl Arena, and a fabric-covered Field House with refrigerated ice October to mid-March, when it converts to dryland for turf sports and civic events.

LOCATION AND DIRECTIONS

Our street is new, so it¹s not on Mapquest. Here are directions:

From Interstate 35, take State Highway 97 east about 1 mile to Fenway Ave. N. Turn south on Fenway. At 206th St., turn left/east. Use the paved parking lots across the street by the City ballfields. Please note there is no street parking.  If you do try mapquest, the closest address would be the Forest Lake airport.  We are directly soulth of the airport.
